I seek a senior QA/automation role where I can lead teams, build scalable automation frameworks, drive CI/CD and quality strategy within an Agile environment.

I am a Lead Test Automation Engineer with over 19 years of experience in manual and automated software testing and software development, and more than 12 years managing QA and development teams.

I design and develop Java- and C#-based test automation frameworks for UI, backend, and API testing, and implement performance and non-functional testing using tools such as JMeter and Selenium.

I have led offshore and on-site teams, driven CI/CD and BDD initiatives, and managed releases, quality metrics, and customer acceptance activities across desktop, web, mobile and backend projects.

I bring strong Agile/TDD/BDD discipline, clear communication, and a pragmatic approach to solving complex quality problems and delivering reliable software at scale.
