At Ubisoft, I design and maintain test cases and test plans for multiple enterprise web applications across several teams. I cover regression, smoke, sanity, performance, and accessibility testing while logging bugs and creating Jira reports.

I've independently learned and implemented Playwright, creating UI automated tests that speed up testing without losing focus on quality. I'm also building a Flask proof-of-concept dashboard that lets authorized colleagues run Playwright test suites for quick checks and application stability testing.

Previously at IBM, I performed end-to-end, integration, functional, performance, acceptance, and regression testing across large projects, automated builds, pipelines, databases, and third-party applications.

Before moving into QA, I worked in marketing automation at IBM and Bitdefender, building HTML and CSS email templates, querying DB2 databases with SQL, optimizing automated flows, and supporting campaign reporting and lead qualification.
