What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead impactful cross-functional programs where I can improve processes, mentor teams, align delivery with strategic objectives, and contribute to innovation in healthcare, product development, or regulatory compliance.

I've led medical-device programs at Medtronic, including FDA submission readiness for MiniMed 770G and U.S. launch preparation for the MiniMed 630G glucose monitoring system.

Across more than 15 years in program and project management, I've guided cross-functional teams through product development, regulatory compliance, schedules, budgets, and phase-gate delivery.

I've partnered with Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, R&D, Quality, executives, vendors, and project teams to deliver CE Mark documentation, support EU MDR, ISO, and FDA requirements, and improve operating processes.

At Children's Hospital Los Angeles, I support principal investigators and grant projects by coordinating meetings, tracking action items, developing application materials, and helping teams move strategic initiatives forward.
