I've led fund reconciliation operations at HSBC Global Service Centre, supervising teams responsible for institutional-fund reconciliations, share registers, and high-priority Luxembourg and Edinburgh books.

I work across complex cash, position, and security ledger reconciliations, stakeholder onboarding, fund transactions, and AML/KYC-aligned investor account administration. I also use MI data to identify variances, resolve processing issues, and improve turnaround times.

Earlier, I managed accounts receivable, invoicing, journal entries, and month-end bank reconciliations at WNS Global Services, and supported internal audit engagements at KPMG and Ernst & Young. My work has included assessing risks, evaluating control frameworks, and monitoring regulatory compliance.

Since 2022, I've also led community administration and counseling initiatives, managing logistics, resources, conflict resolution, and support for community groups and public welfare projects.
