I’m looking for a fund accounting/fund administration role where I can own NAV production and investor reporting, strengthen internal controls, and drive automation and process improvements—while partnering closely with auditors, clients, and fund managers to hit demanding deadlines.

I’m a Fund Accounting and Fund Administration professional with 10+ years of experience specializing in Hedge Funds and Private Equity fund administration. I focus on NAV production, financial reporting, investor accounting, fund valuation, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting under IFRS and US GAAP.

At Artex Capital Solutions, I lead end-to-end fund accounting operations across multiple hedge funds and private equity portfolios. I review NAV calculations and investor reporting deliverables for accuracy and timely completion, oversee subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions, management fees, carried interest, and partnership allocations, and I’m the primary contact for auditors, clients, fund managers, and onshore stakeholders.

I also lead, mentor, and supervise fund accounting teams while managing workload allocation and performance. I drive automation initiatives, process optimization, SOP development, and UAT testing to improve operational efficiency and strengthen internal controls.

Previously at HSBC Global Service Centre, I prepared daily-to-annual NAV packages and processed investment transactions, income, expenses, accruals, and journal entries using Geneva. I handled cash, position, and broker reconciliations, supported month-end and year-end close, and coordinated with auditors and stakeholders to resolve reporting queries—earning awards including HSBC Star Performer Q4 2020 and Team of the Quarter 2018 & 2020.
