At Huawei Technologies, I monitor Packet-Switched and HSPA KPIs across six states, tracking traffic, throughput, drop rates, and accessibility to identify underperforming sites and regions.

I use Python and pandas to clean, merge, and process Cloud Space data exports, reducing manual reporting work and helping improve data accuracy. I also prepare recurring 3G/4G EPT, 5G CBS, capacity utilization, MAPA, license audit, and CS fallback reports used to track performance against targets.

I translate KPI patterns into practical optimization work, including CPICH, Traffic Shift, and RET scripts that support network performance and customer experience. My background also includes inventory documentation, student-performance tracking, laboratory data analysis, and campaign reporting.

Alongside data analysis, I've completed cybersecurity training in penetration testing, digital forensics, Wireshark, Nmap, firewalls, and subnetting, and built WordPress websites using Elementor.
