What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build secure, scalable cloud platforms where I can lead modernization, automation, DevSecOps, and reliability initiatives that help engineering teams deploy faster and scale with confidence.

At the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, I lead cloud migration and platform engineering across AWS and Azure, moving 200+ on-premise servers and delivering more than $2M in annual cloud savings. I operate multi-region EKS and AKS platforms supporting millions of daily healthcare transactions with a 99.99% uptime SLA.

I build reusable Terraform modules, GitOps delivery pipelines, and observability platforms that help teams release faster and operate reliably. My CI/CD work for 55+ applications increased releases from biweekly to 10+ per day, while SLO-driven monitoring reduced MTTR from four hours to under 45 minutes.

Across Deloitte, T-Mobile, and PwC, I've modernized legacy applications, strengthened cloud security and compliance, automated infrastructure operations, and built resilient AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. I'm passionate about reliable cloud platforms that let engineering teams innovate faster and scale with confidence.
