I’m a detail-oriented Cybersecurity Analyst with specialized training focused on network security, active threat detection, and vulnerability mitigation. I build practical defensive tools—like custom IDS and port scanners—and translate security findings into clear, actionable remediation roadmaps.

In my projects, I developed a signature-and-threshold-based Custom Intrusion Detection System (IDS) in Python using Scapy to sniff live traffic and flag SYN Floods, ICMP Floods, and rapid multi-port probes with automated analyst alerts. I also programmed a multi-threaded Network Port Scanner in Python with banner grabbing to identify software versions and support faster vulnerability identification.

For offensive validation, I conducted an External Infrastructure Penetration Testing case study using Nmap and Wapiti, including discovering service exposures and identifying critical defense-in-depth gaps such as missing HTTP security headers (CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options). Alongside my technical work, my experience in multi-channel reporting and confidential documentation helps me communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
