I explored optometry through job shadowing at Execuspecs in Grove Mall, where I worked alongside an optician cutting lenses for specific frames.

I helped customers choose frames, set appointments, learned to order lenses online, and gained hands-on experience with optical machinery. I also observed multiple eye tests and learned how lenses are changed to provide patients with suitable glasses.

I returned during my December holiday to spend more time on the machinery, observe further eye tests, and learn about contact lenses. I intend to study Optometry, Chiropractology, or Industrial Engineering.
