I am looking for opportunities that allow me to grow in corporate law, focusing on compliance and governance.

I am a recent law graduate with a solid foundation in corporate law, industrial compliance, and litigation, honed through hands-on internships. My experiences have equipped me with the skills necessary for legal research, contract drafting, and governance, which I am eager to bring to a corporate legal team.

During my internship at Adv. Siddhesh Shetty, I focused on corporate compliance, where I drafted contracts ensuring adherence to corporate governance and statutory requirements. I also assisted in compliance audits and case preparation, which deepened my understanding of risk management and regulatory analysis.

Additionally, my role as a legal intern at Adv. Shivank Tiwari allowed me to draft Board Resolutions and review various legal documents, including NDAs and Employment Contracts. I am passionate about contributing my legal expertise and problem-solving skills to a dynamic team.
