Ishan Pandey

Over the past few years, I’ve built products that sit at the core of operations for hiring, workforce management, and electric mobility. My current role at MetaDesign Solutions has me developing advanced assessment tools, integrating AI capabilities for question generation, and leading the front-end design for a proctoring platform with real-time violation tracking. I’ve also contributed to internal tools that help companies evaluate skills and streamline talent workflows.

Previously at Setup Digital, I worked on a smart EV charging platform, integrating payments and geolocation features to improve the end-user experience. I enjoy working closely with both design and backend teams to deliver features that matter, and I approach each project with a focus on system efficiency, user experience, and long-term maintainability.

Outside of work, I explore new AI integrations and maintain open-source libraries like ProctorSDK, a pluggable JavaScript SDK for real-time exam monitoring. I’m drawn to roles where I can own full features—from design to deployment—and contribute to high-impact products that solve real user problems.
