At MSE Engenharia, I managed strategic procurement and negotiations for materials, services, equipment, and subcontracted works across engineering projects. I developed the supplier base and worked with Engineering, Construction, Planning, Contracts, Finance, and Executive Management to support project decisions.
Before becoming Procurement Manager, I coordinated procurement and worked in cost control at MSE Engenharia. Earlier, as a Civil Engineer at Construtora Graeng, I designed residential projects, managed renovations and construction work, and prepared detailed cost estimates.
