I’m looking for a role where I can lead cross-functional real estate projects—combining construction management, regulatory compliance, and financial strategy—to improve viability, control execution, and support investor and public stakeholder decisions.

I’m a Civil Engineer specializing in Construction Management and Financial Strategy & Investment, focused on structuring and monitoring real estate projects across their full lifecycle. I translate technical, legal, commercial, and financial criteria into decisions that improve viability and execution outcomes.

In my current Project Analyst role at Redi Group, I manage 8 to 10 residential, hotel, land, and mixed-use projects simultaneously, including developments with sales exceeding $110 billion COP. I lead pre-feasibility, structuring, and monitoring work, coordinating technical, legal, commercial, and financial teams to keep design, budgets, timelines, and regulatory needs aligned.

I handle urban planning licenses and regulatory workflows with planning offices, the Secretariat of Mobility, environmental entities, notaries, and public utility companies. I evaluate viability using technical, financial, and regulatory analysis—reviewing POT and land use conditions, supporting technical studies, and building financial projections—while identifying technical, regulatory, and financial risks and proposing mitigation strategies.

I also strengthen execution and communication through process optimization, including an agile internal management model that improves cross-functional coordination, traceability, and backlog management. Alongside project oversight and contractual documentation, I build strong relationships with investors, partners, and public entities using technical and financial reporting to support strategic decisions.
