I process MRI and EEG data and build biomedical imaging models in Python.

What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level, internship, or graduate trainee role where I can apply MRI and EEG data analysis, programming, and biomedical engineering to medical device design, prototyping, or embedded systems development.

I've developed neuroscience research projects at the Institute for Nuclear Sciences Applied to Health in Coimbra, studying neuronal activity with EEG and sensory processing in mouse brains using functional MRI.

I also built a PyTorch model to identify different types of tumors in MRI images through an IEFP programming project. My work combines biomedical engineering, signal analysis, experimental design, and programming.

I'm motivated to contribute to medical device design, prototyping, and embedded systems development. As Musical Director of FAN-Farra Académica de Coimbra, I managed, taught, and rehearsed a non-profit youth association with more than 30 active members.
