I'm looking to lead and deliver high-impact WordPress platforms where I can combine senior engineering judgment, AI-assisted development, optimization, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

At Fletcher UK, I lead development delivery for a time-critical 1,200+ page WordPress initiative, using Claude Code to accelerate coding, debugging, refactoring, repetitive page work, and QA.

I've supported National Business Capital's high-traffic site and contributed to an Awwwards-recognized redesign, improving tracking and funnel optimization to reduce cost per lead by approximately 8.3%.
