What I'm looking for

I am looking for opportunities that allow me to leverage my educational background and leadership skills to foster community development and enhance educational practices.

I am Iris Maura Menéndez Pérez, a dedicated professional with a Master's degree in Business Management and Administration from the Universidad Central de Las Villas. My extensive background in education, particularly in Chemistry, has equipped me with the skills to lead and inspire others. I have spent over two decades working in various educational and administrative roles, where I have honed my abilities in community engagement and educational methodologies.

Throughout my career, I have held significant positions, including Provincial Delegate at the Instituto Cubano de Amistad con los Pueblos, where I advocated for international solidarity and cultural exchange. My experience as a member of the Municipal Bureau of the PCC and as a leader in various educational initiatives has allowed me to develop strong leadership and organizational skills. I am passionate about promoting education and community development, and I continuously seek opportunities to enhance my knowledge and skills through workshops and courses.
