What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead refugee protection and legal aid work—delivering legal counsel, advocacy, and capacity-building while collaborating with NGOs and government to expand access to justice in challenging, community-based settings.

I am a committed legal professional with extensive experience providing comprehensive legal support and advocacy for marginalized communities, including refugees and asylum seekers. I focus on protecting rights in line with national and international refugee and human rights frameworks.

I have strengthened access to justice by coordinating mobile court sessions, running legal sensitization workshops, and delivering targeted legal education that empowers people to understand their rights and the legal process. I also conduct detailed legal research, draft and review legal documents, and prepare case briefs to support ongoing legal action.

I work across complex stakeholder environments, coordinating with UNHCR, government authorities, NGOs, and civil society to address protection issues and promote policy improvements. I manage and lead legal teams, oversee case management and reporting, and ensure compliance with donor and organizational guidelines through monitoring, legal risk assessments, and internal review.

My work includes designing advocacy interventions, facilitating multi-stakeholder policy dialogues, and formalizing collaborations through MOUs and partnership agreements. I build practical systems—like a comprehensive legal database—to support accurate documentation and data-driven decision-making for effective legal aid delivery.
