At LearnTube, I design learning, certification, and job-readiness products from discovery through launch and iteration. I improved personalization conversion from 0.33% to 2.21% by redesigning onboarding around user goals, experience levels, and skill discovery.

I use Mixpanel, Hotjar, user research, and experimentation to identify funnel drop-offs across acquisition, onboarding, assessment, and payment. I also designed and evaluated ₹1 trial, subscription, and one-time purchase experiments to inform conversion and pricing strategy.

I increased onboarding signup from 23% to 38% by simplifying journeys and creating personalized paths for different user segments. My work includes redesigning certification and assessment experiences to reduce friction and clarify the path to purchase.

I started at LearnTube as a Product Design Intern, contributing to onboarding, roadmap, and post-purchase flows through research-driven design. I was converted to full-time based on performance and impact, and I bring a BSc in Information Technology to my product design practice.
