I’m a dedicated, detail-oriented healthcare support professional with a strong foundation in clinical support, patient care, and healthcare operations. Since December 2023, I’ve worked as a Data Entry Executive with NADRA on the Survey BISP (NSER Project). I survey, gather, confirm, and update socioeconomic data, and I verify and cross-check beneficiary information using NADRA records to ensure correctness and eligibility. Throughout this work, I maintain stringent confidentiality procedures and protect sensitive, personally identifiable information while following organizational and legal requirements.

From 2019 to 2022, I worked as a Medical Transcriptionist at Ittefaq Hospital, transcribing radiology reports that capture patients’ imaging tests, diagnoses, and treatments. I provide evidence-based suggestions, describe imaging observations, and create definitive and differential impressions to support referring physicians and enhance patient care. I focus on precision, lucidity, and clinical significance, backed by strong proficiency in medical transcription, medical terminology, and HIPAA-compliant handling of confidential patient data.
