I'm looking to contribute to AI and LLM work where I can improve prompt quality, training data, model outputs, and operational performance while leading teams, solving process gaps, and delivering quality-focused results.

At Innodata, I lead raters working on an AI product for an MNC, driving daily productivity, quality, and SLA targets through KPI monitoring, coaching, workload balancing, and quality reviews.

I've also designed diverse prompts for LLM training, fact-checked model outputs, and ensured response quality, consistency, tone, and alignment with training objectives. My work spans NLP tasks, prompt evaluation, AI data annotation, and video labeling for object-recognition training.

Before AI, I wrote and edited SEO-focused content for MomJunction, Wordscloud, and A New India. I researched content for baby names, relationships, and clients across industries, improving articles through structural edits, FAQs, taglines, pro tips, proofreading, and fact-checking.

I bring a strong foundation in English literature, language precision, and content quality to work that serves both human readers and machine-training objectives.
