I am looking for a role that allows me to combine my passion for the arts with my organizational skills, ideally in a supportive and collaborative environment.

I am an experienced stage and production manager with a strong background in coordinating artistic projects and events. My journey began with the Andrei Muresanu Theater, where I honed my skills in managing stage actions and ensuring compliance with artistic visions. I have collaborated with various artistic teams, including the Children's Comic Opera, where I played a pivotal role in the production of live shows, ensuring that all technical and artistic processes were executed flawlessly.

Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to fostering inclusive environments, particularly in my work with children with disabilities through the Cantus Mundi program. My experience extends to managing logistics for concerts and events, as well as overseeing administrative tasks for the National Chamber Choir Madrigal. I thrive in high-pressure situations, utilizing my strong organizational skills to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes for every project I undertake.
