At RoaDo, I work with dispatch and operations teams to understand logistics workflows, identify usability gaps, and improve onboarding and feature adoption through user feedback loops.
I've supported product research, competitor benchmarking, feature discussions, PRD writing, and roadmap basics across SaaS and product internship work. At ISPPR, I supported feature planning, product documentation, user behavior analysis, wireframe outlines, and design coordination for an institute prospectus.
I'm especially interested in UX, product strategy, and user-centric problem solving, with hands-on experience using Figma, Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Jira, HubSpot, and basic SQL.
