At Applause, I contribute to testing Meta Smart Glasses and their AI-powered voice assistant on Android and iOS. I conduct functional, regression, API, and compatibility testing, and use Postman and Swagger to test backend APIs.
I create test plans, strategies, scenarios, and cases, and report and track defects in JIRA. I also initiated a shift-left approach so QA could contribute earlier in the development lifecycle.
At YUMYUM LLC, I tested the YumYum iOS app, including its Gemini-powered features, and established a QA triage process for ticket escalation and defect prioritization. Earlier, at RWS, I evaluated search results and digital content for Google and documented findings to support AI model improvement.
