At PROINTEC USA, I led the design and development of CINTRA’s toll highway operations and maintenance GIS platform across projects in Texas and North Carolina. It covered 100,000+ highway assets and continues to support daily work, including inspections, work orders, winter operations, and spares inventory.
I also created and maintained PROINTEC’s ESRI Online portal, with thematic maps and Survey123 and Field Maps forms for managers and field workers. Earlier, at INDRA, I worked on satellite communication projects for military and civil customers, including bidding, network design, and project management roles.
