At Launch Consulting Group, I designed and built reports on vendor program insights and operational impact for a Microsoft client. I also delivered findings and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
At Modak Analytics LLP, I developed reports for a life sciences client to help business users monitor KPIs, including reporting on Agent call management.
On the Journey Data Product, I developed PySpark notebooks in Azure Synapse Analytics to process data from multiple sources into ADLS Delta files and SQL Server. I also built reports on top of this data.
For CR Analytics, I developed Azure Data Factory pipelines and contributed to migrating the Contact Centric Analytics platform from on-premises to Microsoft Azure. I also implemented keyword analysis in Databricks and a Power Automate framework for operational and management metrics.
