At EXL Service, I evaluated banking virtual-assistant responses for accuracy, relevance, hallucinations, bias, and guardrails. I analyzed results with Python and Excel and documented failure patterns and Responsible AI recommendations.
I also built a healthcare document question-answering prototype using Python, Streamlit, FAISS, and Sentence Transformers. Earlier, as a Data Scientist at Ellipse Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I developed analytics for travel, insurance, and e-commerce, including forecasting, customer segmentation, and recommendation solutions.
