I'm seeking Product Director, Head of Product, Senior Product Manager, Principal Business Analyst, or Principal Consultant opportunities focused on digital transformation, AI readiness, intelligent automation, product strategy, and scalable delivery.

I founded Erdster Information Systems and grew it from strategy to execution, scaling revenue from $0 to $5M+ while building a 120+ person cross-functional organisation. Following a management buyout and acquisition, I continue to advise its leadership team.

I’ve launched four products end-to-end, including an RPA platform patented as Patent 41177A, candidate onboarding automation, a hospital management CRM, and an intelligent document processor. My automation work has delivered significant client savings, including $500K+ annually in recruitment operations.

Across Erdster, NTT DATA, Talisma, and UST Global, I’ve led product discovery, business analysis governance, Agile delivery, CRM rollouts, and global transformation programmes. I’m also the author of Pause Before You Build, which introduces the ORBIT framework for AI project readiness.
