What I'm looking for

I'm available for contract and fractional engagements, building and operating production LLM and agent systems for operations teams. I focus on practical deployments with grounded retrieval, approval gates, observability, evaluations, and reliable integrations.

I build and operate production LLM applications for operations teams through Quantum AI Solutions, from scoping and deployment through monitoring and iteration against live traffic.

I shipped a multi-channel AI operations platform used daily by a Bangkok property agency, supporting 1,900+ live listings, AI-assisted replies, lead attribution, and a unified inbox across web, LINE, and WhatsApp. I also build grounded RAG systems over private data, MCP servers, tool-calling agents with approval gates, and Twilio voice AI for qualification and booking.

Before focusing on applied LLM systems, I built forecasting, causal-inference, and credit-risk models at Delta Faucet, Affinity Risk Solutions, NRG Energy, Total Safety, and Chegg. My work has included out-of-stock warnings, pricing and promotion experiments, demand forecasting, model validation, data pipelines, and teaching Python, SQL, statistics, and machine learning.

I care about the operational details that make AI useful in production: tracing, evals, prompt versioning, cost telemetry, audit trails, OAuth integrations, retries, idempotency, and human handoffs.
