At Supermarket, I processed customer sales and orders through a point-of-sale system, recording each transaction accurately.

I updated inventory records in Hybrid Enterprise software to keep stock quantities accurate and up to date. I also responded to customer inquiries and complaints, following up until they were resolved.

I negotiated with customers to close sales and maintain good customer relationships. I prepared schedules, assigned tasks, and supervised a team of four to meet daily deadlines.

I’m completing virtual assistant training and have experience with customer support, order processing, and record keeping. I’m proficient in Excel, Word, and email.
