What I'm looking for

I'm looking to advance mission-driven, peer-centered work where I can build partnerships, strengthen systems, support recovery and self-determination, and expand community impact through development, outreach, and advocacy.

At Chrysalis, Inc., I lead development, outreach, donor cultivation, and partnership-building to advance organizational goals. I planned a storytelling fundraiser and Community Shares of Wisconsin peer-to-peer campaign that raised $40,000 in sponsorships and individual donations.

I also support Chrysalis’ advocacy work through peer specialist training, technical assistance, mentorship, conference presentations, and community outreach. My work is grounded in equity, justice, inclusion, self-determination, and Dignity of Risk.

Previously, I supported people in hospital emergency departments, drug court, community, clinical, and residential respite settings. I use trauma-informed, person-centered support to help peers navigate crisis, recovery goals, resource connections, and healthy boundaries.

As a Peer-Run Respite Supervisor at SOAR Case Management, I managed daily respite house and 24/7 warmline operations and supervised ten Peer Specialists. I bring lived experience, Wisconsin Certified Peer Specialist training, and more than six years of peer support, nonprofit development, outreach, and advocacy experience.
