What I'm looking for

I seek research-focused roles developing computational methods for quantum dynamics, collaborative interdisciplinary teams, opportunities to publish and mentor, and a culture valuing rigorous technical work and open-source contributions. I am also open to AI trainer roles in my field of expertise.

I am a theoretical and computational physicist with deep expertise in atomic, molecular, and optical (AMO) theory, quantum mechanics, and advanced numerical modeling. I develop and implement complex algorithms and quantum chemistry methods using Python, Fortran, and C++.

My research spans molecular tunneling ionization, high-harmonic generation, and time-dependent density matrix renormalization group (TD-DMRG) simulations, producing multiple peer-reviewed publications and conference talks. I have led projects that resulted in Editors' Suggestion recognition and robust software tools for the community.

I have formal training through a Ph.D. (The University of Tokyo), an M.Sc. in Photonics, and a B.Sc. in Physics, and I have held postdoctoral positions at Louisiana State University and the University of California, Merced. I combine analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and rigorous technical writing to communicate complex ideas clearly.

I contribute open-source research software (including TDDMRG_CM, atomos, and NWChem forks), teach and mentor in academic settings, and seek roles where I can advance computational methods for quantum dynamics while collaborating across interdisciplinary teams.
