What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role combining computational biology, ML/AI, and drug discovery—where I can build interpretable models, translate results into clear teaching or communication, and contribute to meaningful scientific outcomes.

I’m a biotechnology graduate with 4+ years of research experience in computational biology and AI × Biology, focused on drug discovery. My work includes building and analyzing computational drug discovery pipelines (e.g., bioinformatics pipelines integrating LC-MS/MS analysis, database searching, and virtual screening) and applying sparse autoencoders to a chemical language model to extract interpretable molecular features and run circuit analysis.

I also bring 3 years of teaching experience: I’ve led A-level Biology instruction, developed learning materials and assessments, and supervised hands-on lab sessions as a teaching assistant. I’ve co-facilitated an NVIDIA DLI AI fundamentals bootcamp and co-mentored undergraduates, and I’m motivated by roles that pair rigorous model-building with clear communication of insights to learners and scientific collaborators.
