I’m a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineer with 7+ years designing, deploying, and operating enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) programs across healthcare, financial services, and life sciences. I currently govern a 75,000+ identity population across 300+ applications in a HIPAA-regulated health system.

I bring hands-on depth in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ 7.x/8.x) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow), along with CyberArk PAM, Okta, and Microsoft Entra ID. I engineer the full identity lifecycle—Joiner-Mover-Leaver automation, birthright and role-based provisioning, access certification campaigns, SoD enforcement, and least-privilege remediation—while personally building and onboarding 25+ connectors and application integrations using Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, SCIM, and REST APIs.

I deliver audit-ready governance mapped to HIPAA, SOX, ISO 27001, and GDPR, and I’m a hands-on SME for IIQ implementations, upgrades, and escalations. I strengthen security through Identity Federation and access control with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access under Zero Trust principles, while reducing privileged access risk through CyberArk onboarding and controls like credential rotation, session isolation, and dual control.

Operationally, I own end-to-end access certification campaigns (500+ reviewers), drive remediation to on-time closure, and resolve IAM incidents spanning authentication failures, SAML assertion errors, and provisioning mismatches. I tune SailPoint IdentityIQ cluster performance and high availability for mission-critical healthcare workloads, mentor a small team of 2–4 IAM engineers, and automate IAM operations by integrating SailPoint with ServiceNow and third-party platforms via REST APIs and custom connectors.
