I’m an analytical, persistent, and detail-oriented QA leader who methodically examines systems, uncovers patterns, and drives automation strategy across distributed enterprise platforms. Since Feb 2021, I’ve worked as Phone Automation Manager / Lead Engineer, leading end-to-end quality automation while setting the standard for stability and performance.

I lead a QA Automation organization of 15 engineers across 6 sub-teams (Native, Release/Backend, Web, Ecosystem/Platform, Platform, Auth ID). I own end-to-end automation strategy across native mobile (iOS/Android), Web SDK, backend, and dashboard products, and I built our automation framework from the ground up.

My focus includes infrastructure and performance testing, plus a company-wide resilience strategy ensuring platform stability under billions of identity verifications. At Incode, the platform targets 99.99% reliability and is FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA certified, and we were named a Leader in Gartner Magic Quadrant for Identity Verification (2 consecutive years).

Previously, I started test automation from scratch for an E-commerce project at Travel (Softmetrix), designing the framework and integrating it into CI while supporting a manual QA team through the transition. Before that, at Inovatec Systems, I implemented and maintained automation across CDP, LOS, and LMS products, owned ongoing suite maintenance, and delivered performance testing to validate throughput and stability. Earlier, as a Manual QA Engineer at Rhea Software (UsableNet), I tested diverse web applications and native iOS/Android devices and contributed to assistive (accessibility) testing on the web.
