My ELK Stack SIEM Deployment homelab project centered on an Elastic Agent and Fleet Server pipeline that ingests and analyzes endpoint telemetry on Linux VMs.
I configured custom detection rules and Kibana dashboards for malicious processes, code injection, and LotL tactics. I also simulated credential dumping and reverse shells with Kali Linux to validate alert fidelity and streamline triage.
For my BLE-Based Contact Tracing System, I developed C++ firmware for ESP32 devices to broadcast and scan Bluetooth Low Energy signals, capturing proximity logs with timestamps, RSSI metrics, device IDs, and exposure durations.
I also deployed a Python Flask backend to receive, parse, and store those JSON logs. I hold a Bachelor of Computer Science from Dalhousie University, and my accomplishments include first place at Dalctf and third place at the CCCS CTF Hackathon.
