I turn agriculture, healthcare, and business datasets into actionable insights through data analysis, statistical modelling, and research support.

For MTN Nigeria customer churn analysis, I used Python and descriptive and predictive statistics to identify churn drivers, segment high-risk customers, and develop retention recommendations. I also built a Power BI dashboard tracking churn trends, customer lifetime value indicators, and segment-level insights.

I've analysed dual-store retail sales data, building Excel and Power BI reports on revenue, product trends, seasonal patterns, top-performing SKUs, and month-over-month growth. I translate findings into written data stories and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

As an NYSC Corps Member supporting the IAR&T REFILS Programme, I designed Google Apps Script-based data collection forms and supported validation, analysis, reporting, and documentation for agronomic surveys. I also provide SPSS analysis and APA-formatted research write-ups for nursing undergraduate projects.
