I prepare and submit detailed reports, cover unit meeting proceedings, and prompt draft Minutes of Meetings within 48 hours—highlighting action points, deliverables, decisions, and timelines. I also manage personnel records (nominal roll), coordinate administrative support for deployed interns and National Youth Corp members, handle correspondences and filings, and provide administrative and technical support for the Monitoring, Evaluation and Assessment of empowerment projects and programmes.
Previously, as a Senior Administrative Officer (Administration/Monitoring & Evaluation) and in multiple Administrative Officer roles, I supported departmental and departmental meeting preparation, including pre-meeting materials (agendas and reports) and draft minutes within 48 hours.
