I’m a Pharmacy Technician student expected to graduate by August 2025, and I bring hands-on professional experience supporting pharmacy operations. In my previous roles, I strengthened my reliability, attention to detail, and calm problem-solving. As a Call Center Representative at Sitel Worldwide, I processed high-volume calls using call management systems, clarified caller information, escalated unresolved concerns for investigation, and improved customer satisfaction through effective resolution. As a Nursing Aide at Caring Hearts Home Care, I monitored patient vitals, supported daily living needs, documented health observations in medical records, and partnered with the healthcare team to plan patient care—experiences that carry directly into safe, compliant pharmacy workflow.
