I am a customer-focused banking and administrative professional with experience in retail sales, direct sales, and office administration. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and completed national youth service in 2017.
In banking roles I opened accounts, mobilized deposits, reactivated accounts, and created customer awareness of products while building long-term client relationships. I consistently encouraged high sales and supported quality customer service practices.
