Architected and developed two Experience Cloud applications for external-user workflows, built an end-to-end funding and facilities tracking system, and delivered complex business logic using Apex, LWC, and Flow. Designed and shipped Agentforce agents to handle student queries and support workflows, and architected real-time integrations with external systems.

Led strategic technical engagements with Service Cloud enterprise customers, delivered Expert Coaching workshops on Omni-Channel routing, Case Management, and Knowledge configuration, and analyzed customer health metrics to produce actionable recommendations. Partnered with Product, Engineering, and Sales to influence the product roadmap.

Owned end-to-end architecture and delivery of a real-time Salesforce chat platform, designed a scalable messaging framework using Platform Events and custom Apex wrappers, and implemented AWS S3 integration via Apex callouts. Configured Sharing Sets for secure external-user access and ran deployments through Gearset and Bitbucket CI/CD.

Developed and maintained Salesforce integrations and web services, participated in release management and testing, and designed and built Digital Experience sites using Apex, Aura Components, and LWC. Integrated third-party systems via RESTful APIs and built responsive front-ends with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Built and maintained Salesforce data architecture including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules, and designed a custom security model with profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets. Created reports and dashboards to track KPIs and trained end users to drive adoption.
