At Tata Consultancy Services, I work on QA automation and application support for enterprise BFSI and insurance applications. I design and execute functional, regression, smoke, integration, and UAT scenarios for insurance workflows.
I automate regression and functional scenarios with Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber, and validate REST API requests, responses, and business logic using Postman. I also use SQL queries to check backend data consistency and integrity.
In production support, I investigate incidents using SQL data and application logs, then work with development and support teams on root-cause analysis. I also retest defects and verify deployments and post-release behavior through Jenkins-supported CI/CD activities.
With client-provided Claude, I helped generate and refine a Python utility for capturing application-tab screenshots after software-component updates or removals, and reviewed and validated the generated code and outputs. I also built a basic chatbot proof of concept with AI-assisted development.
