At T-Soft, I lead engineering for an industrial process design and automation platform deployed at major oil refineries, with 136 active projects. I direct planning, technical estimation, sprint execution, and code review, and I'm responsible for about 40% of key architectural commits.

I designed a runtime-loaded plugin ecosystem with 40+ functional blocks and built an internal SDK and templates for server and UI modules. I also delivered a shared Desktop and WebAssembly UI codebase and oversaw the creation of more than 5,800 automated tests. Previously, at Scientific Instruments JSC, I architected and delivered software for laser systems and ID card engraving devices.
