At Suffix IT, I administer and monitor production and test servers, tracking system health and performance. I built and maintain a centralized Prometheus and Grafana monitoring environment, replacing fragmented manual checks with continuous metric collection and shared dashboards.
I also implemented team-based Grafana access for Development, QA, and Support through dedicated dashboards, folders, teams, and permissions, while maintaining monitoring infrastructure availability.
In my AWS projects, I designed a three-tier application deployment with private database and application environments, then automated delivery through CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy. The workflow included Blue/Green deployment, CloudWatch alarms, SNS notifications, and SSM-based secret management.
I also engineered an AWS observability platform using Terraform and Ansible for a Dockerized React, Node.js, and MySQL application. It achieved 11/11 healthy targets, zero Terraform drift, and idempotent Ansible runs across all servers.
