At Conga, I founded the Billing Schedule generation engine for the Managed Agreements & Fulfillment (MAF) Billing platform, designing its core class architecture and production proration and rounding logic. I later built the platform’s Amendment/Change engine for price, quantity, term, and calendar-cutoff scenarios.
I architected a greenfield Invoice API platform on .NET 8, with an asynchronous message-driven worker and dedicated test suites, and introduced an Actions design pattern adopted platform-wide. I also designed a cross-platform tax calculation engine backed by 900+ automated tests.
I’ve delivered a unified Custom Plan API for enterprise client IBM and independently root-caused production incidents, including issues affecting billing runs at 2,200+ order-line-item scale. My work spans cloud-native trade settlement and financial services, and includes AWS infrastructure, production diagnostics, and a release-automation agent built with GitHub Copilot.
