What I'm looking for

I'm looking for challenging work where I can build software and data systems, solve application issues, improve processes, and continue learning while training others.

At Kemper, I lead operations development and build reporting, data-import, ticketing, and agent-number systems.

I've created REST API request systems, LDAP authentication, and automation for data imports that support reporting. My work includes designing in-house software for obtaining reports and processing operational data.

Previously at Paycom, I researched high-priority application issues, led technical support work, trained teammates, and delivered data fixes and PHP applications. I worked across departments to diagnose, debug, document, and resolve application issues while supporting deployments to test and production environments.

My foundation includes relational database work for the Wildlife Refuge and Lawton police gang unit, using SQL, MySQL, and PHP.
