At World Health Organization (WHO) Nigeria, I manage ICT service delivery for the North-West Zone, supporting 200+ users across multiple sites. I monitor infrastructure and maintain above 95% system availability through proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance.
I designed and deployed a Starlink broadband and inverter-based solution that reduced downtime to below 5% at low-connectivity sites. I also manage access controls, patching, backup and recovery, and cybersecurity risk assessments within WHO policies and standards.
Previously, in the South-South Zone at World Health Organization (WHO) Nigeria, I managed infrastructure across six states and trained 100+ staff in Microsoft tools, VPN access and secure system use. At Monier Construction Company of Nigeria, I built inventory and cost-tracking databases to improve asset visibility and reduce IT resource waste.
