At The Ahliyyah School for Girls & Bishop’s School for Boys, I led athletic department operations and strategic direction, recruited and supervised coaching personnel, and strengthened team performance systems and competitive standards.

At New English School, I directed K–12 athletic and extracurricular programs. I designed athletic policies and safety standards, and managed competitive participation, logistics, supervision, and compliance.

I founded New English School Sports Club, establishing competitive football and basketball programs and structured athlete development pathways. I also organized tournaments and international training camps, and secured sponsorship partnerships.

Across sports and activities leadership roles at Amman Academy & Amman Baptist School, I modernized operations and policy frameworks, managed budgets and resource allocation, and implemented inclusive physical education curricula. I’m open to leadership opportunities in international schools and universities.
