Дмитрий Януш
@ianushd
QA engineer specializing in manual and API testing, driving reliable B2B platform releases.
What I'm looking for
I’m a QA engineer with hands-on experience testing a B2B logistics platform end-to-end—from API contract validation to complex multi-step wizard flows. I focus on catching real defects early by pairing structured manual testing with precise API investigations and documentation that teams can reuse.
In my current role, I authored 259+ test checkpoints from scratch for a route optimization module, covering multi-step wizards, bulk operations, role-based access, and timezone edge cases. I inspected network responses in DevTools to identify frontend/API contract discrepancies, confirmed missing rendering despite backend data being present, and wrote structured bug reports with root cause hypotheses— including a route-keying bug (car ID vs. route ID) that caused duplicate avatar rendering.
I also keep system behavior understandable by maintaining formal specs: I documented a delivery state machine (5 states, transition rules, edge cases) and VRPTW scheduling constraints—work often handled by business analysts due to its complexity. To improve team velocity, I built a Python automation script to publish Markdown documentation to Confluence, replacing a manual copy-paste workflow and producing 19+ documentation files across technical module specs and user guides.
I track quality through execution discipline and collaboration: I logged 365+ Jira issues over 10 months (256 confirmed bugs and 109 improvement/feature tasks) and tested 11+ REST API endpoints using Postman while participating in the full Agile cycle with daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. I’m actively learning Cypress so I can grow into test automation while continuing to cover manual and API testing at full depth.
