What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build a long-term career in financial analysis, credit, risk, and markets—where I can apply disciplined judgment, support rigorous compliance (KYC/AML/CFT), and grow through challenging responsibilities in fast-moving teams.

I’m a Finance and Banking graduate ranked first in my class, with early-career experience across business banking, treasury, and investment funds, risk, and money markets. I’m analytical, disciplined, and focused on understanding the business drivers behind financial results.

In my current role as a Business Banking Trainee (Corporate and Government Banking) at BBVA Mexico, I prepare financial analyses from financial statements, tax returns, and supporting information. I assess debt repayment capacity using EBITDA, cash flow, liquidity, and leverage indicators to support credit evaluations, and I conduct KYC/CDD/EDD as part of credit risk assessments aligned with AML/CFT requirements.

Previously, as a Treasury Intern at ENGIE MX, I supported treasury operations and financial control of trust accounts, ensuring accurate accounting records and timely updates across SAP and banking platforms. I managed and tracked transactions across 86 trust accounts, retrieved and reviewed 180+ bank statements, and automated trust-account information updates with VBA—cutting processing time by 50%.

I also built experience in Investment Funds, Risk, and Money Markets as an Assistant at AMIB, where I analyzed and validated investment fund information for risk committees and capital markets teams. I improved reporting accuracy, maintained databases for 50+ debt issuers, optimized auction and debt maturity formulas to reduce errors, and supported the preparation of materials for risk committee meetings while keeping the team informed through economic and monetary news summaries.
