United StatesWhat I'm looking for
I'm Ian Chandler, a dedicated data analyst with a strong background in data analysis, operations, and customer service. My expertise lies in SQL, Python, R, and Tableau, where I have hands-on experience in data manipulation, visualization, and interpreting business metrics. I am also certified in Google Data Analytics and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Data Science, which has further honed my skills in data analytics and machine learning.
Throughout my career, I have successfully developed a Tableau dashboard analyzing national sales data, which enabled user-driven exploration through dynamic parameters and filters. My projects reflect my ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights, such as recognizing sales stagnation and underperformance in specific regions. I thrive in collaborative environments and have a proven track record of leveraging data insights to improve sales strategies, as demonstrated during my time at Verizon Wireless, where I exceeded sales metrics by 226% in a single month.
